After days of being unable to use our water due to a clog to far out for a regular hand auger. I called one company that wanted to charge us a ridiculous price, waited for another that postponed us to the next day, and then postponed again, I decided to google other options in my area. I found Drain Pro and I am so grateful I did! They not only answered my call right away, they said one of their guys would be at my house within the hour. The service man arrived twenty minutes later and in under a half hour my drainage problem was solved. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself! The price was unbeatable! We will definitely be referring Drain Pro to friends and family and using them for any and all future issues! I very highly recommend them!

We called DrainPro for an extremely difficult kitchen clog that my husband tried unsuccessfully to fix for hours. The technician arrived promptly and tried for at least 2 hours to free the clog. He was calm, courteous and professional and worked to minimize mess in our home. While it seemed to be resolved, we quickly discovered the clog persisted. This time the owner, Scott, came to our house and also spent several hours trying to fix the clog. He, too, was always calm and professional where others might have lost their temper. When I thought he was going to give up on us, he suggested a final, more radical approach that we agreed to. The clog was resolved for an additional fee that we agreed to up front and felt was fair for the amount of time spent at our home. We learned a lesson about what not to put down your drain and hope to never need DrainPro's services again. However, if anyone we know needs such a service, we would wholeheartedly recommend Scott and his team.
